I have a patcher updated, but I can't post any links to it in this blog due to DMCA complaints from the developer in the past. Anyway, if you look on some popular warez sites, probably you will find it alongside some of the products. Then you can use the option "Check for updates" in the patcher to make sure its the latest one.
[UPDATE 24-04-22] It seems that this patch is working with ISO Workshop 12.8 as is. Like always, just in case the dev decides to silently update the installers in his site, I leave here a backup of the original installers I used to test this patch:
