ReplyDeleteAll HitPaw products changed their protection/activation scheme since some time ago. The local activation method via the activator won't work anymore. Probably a patch/hook can be done, but for now I don't have time to make one. If at some point I can make a solution for them, I'll post it.

Hey RadiXX11, a question. There is this program I use often, and it used to be cracked by someone else. However the last few versions he has not cracked it. Nothing major has changed, so given that he has cracked it in the past, it would probably be nothing for him to update the crack. He is actively cracking other software several times a week on his blog. The most requested crack in the comments however are people requesting the program that I use. They often ask when he will update and given that he hasn't done so in like 18 months, we don't see it happening anytime soon as he gets annoyed with those comments.
ReplyDeleteSo I figured since I use this program, i'll just cough up the money and pay for it. I live in a 3rd world country so it's a bit of an expense however I'm missing out on newer features of this software and cannot wait for this guy to crack it which he doesn't seem interested in doing anyway. So as I was going to pay for it, I remembered you and how much money you have saved me over the years with all the different cracks you have provided. I also like the fact that you do keygens etc when possible as I feel those are much cleaner than overwriting exe, dlls etc. I do understand that in many cases overwriting may be the only option, however I know if you can do a clean bypass like a keygen, you will. Anyways I don't know where you stand with requests and if you even accept them, but I figured I would rather donate to you given all the money you saved me in the past but I'm not sure if you accept requests via your Ko-Fi donations and would be happy to add a new software to your roster of cracks? So let me know please where you stand with all this, and if its a yay or nay and either way i'm cool with. Thanks!
First of all, I thank you for having trusted all this time in what I do, I appreciate it.
DeleteRegarding requests, at the moment I don't have enough time to attend to them for now, because of my real work. However, from time to time I read comments and write down the names of the programs that people comment about. Later (I can't say exactly when) if I have some free time, I try to examine those programs. Only if it's possible for me to create some type of solution for them is when I comment back on the possibility of putting said solution into practice.
Regarding keygens/hooks, it isn't always possible to use these "methods" to create a fix, there are times when the complexity of the protection of the programs prevents it. That is why I always evaluate the program first to determine what path to follow, if anything can be done about it.
So if you want, comment about that program you need (name/official site) and I'll keep it into account for when I have some spare time to take a look. If then I can find a solution, I'll comment back if it is possible to make a fix or not.
