If you can't find a fix for that program is because is very hard to break. The dev has a lot of time fighting againts reversers, and in every new version of this app he did a very good job to protect this program. My personal experience with this app was a long time ago and it was really hard to break in that moment. I'm not taking requests by now, but not sure if I'll be able to do something about it anyway. I'll consider it for another time.

Just the usual tools most reversers have at hand: Debuggers (IDA, x64dbg), PE Analizers, Packer detectors, Process monitoring tools (like Process Explorer, Process Monitor, etc.), Network traffic sniffers (like HTTP Debugger) and other misc tools. But most important, the knowledge and experience you gain over time doing this.
All Teorex products since some time ago uses an online account verification, so keys are useless. Each product needs to be cracked, perhaps a generic patch can be done.
Any hope you can look into FileLocator Pro? It is a very good program and the only cr@ck was made at an "almost amateur" level on ru-bo@rd by a good guy that had patched like 7 dll's or so to make it work. The program would deserve a more "professional" cr@ck.
